Certificate
A medical fitness certificate is a document completed by a qualified occupational health practitioner or an occupational medical practitioner.
This document presents the findings of the medical examination.
The employee fitness certificate is to ensure employees are fit for and suited to the work they are to do, and meet the inherent health requirements for the relevant occupation. These fitness certificates are also very important to protect both employee and employer against any unexpected circumstances.
What tests has to be done for the Medical Fitness Certificate?

Any persons results not within the normal range or showing a marked reduction from previous results will be referred accordingly.
Note: No certificate will be obtained unless services are done!
Certificates are only valid for ONE YEAR, therefore has to be repeated annually.
